Campus IT Outage Tuesday, July 28

There will be a campus-wide IT Outage beginning Tuesday, July 28 at 5:30 pm through Wednesday, July 29 at 5:00 am for necessary maintenance. The internet will be unavailable on campus during this time period. Please make alternate plans for work, study, and research. * What resources will be impacted during the outage? Banner (including Self-Service), Degree works, Internet access on campus, Desk Phones (Cisco Call Manager), WiFi (Devices may appear connected but will not have access to network resources or the internet.), Specialty applications or servers hosted on campus used for classes or research, VPN access, Medicat, ScrantonJobs, RoyalLists, Web CMS * What services can I still access? A temporary my.scranton.edu information page will be available during the outage. Our main website Scranton.edu will be synced to off campus provider on Monday July 27. Off campus, the following services will still be available: Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Duo, SharePoint, OneDrive, Team Dynamix, RoyalCard Online, Archives & Digital Collections, My Library Account, Royal Search, Bisk, Brightspace LMS, RoyalPrinting, RoyalSync, Student Housing Portal, Work Orders
